在酒庄附近的山谷中，顺延千年形成的水流，种植着400年的古树群。我们酿造的葡萄酒，如同那些古代君王们典雅、高尚、威武地位的象征。

创始人的故事

Coby Ladwig，是Kings Landing君临葡萄酒的两位创始人之一，一直对葡萄酒有着浓烈的兴趣。Coby在西澳大利亚的丹麦长大，很小的时候就开始接触葡萄酒行业，并在澳大利亚柏斯的科挺大学，学习葡萄栽培和酿酒，并且在毕业之后对家乡凉爽地区的潜力，产生的热切的探索欲。在他随后的葡萄酒职业生涯里，曾在不同的酒庄工作，并获得了不少奖项。而Kings Landing君临，正是他成功的精品项目之一。

Luke Eckersley, 另一位Kings Landing君临的创始人，是一位土生土长的澳大利亚南方小伙子，在西澳长大并一直对澳洲的葡萄酒情有独钟。2002年Luke在西澳科廷大学，学习了葡萄酒学和葡萄栽培，游历了欧洲和美国，并在这个过程中增长了葡萄酒的知识，对他的葡萄酒职业道路起到了重要的作用，不仅是国内还是国际上。在回到澳大利亚西部后，Luke参与了很多个精品葡萄酒项目。

Coby和Luke都参与了澳大利亚大南方地区的获奖厂牌，包括“Rockcliffe”和“Rosenthal”。

Deep red with a purple hue. 深红色带紫调

NOSE 气味

Lifted bouquet of bramble fruits, plum and oak spice. 散发着黑莓、李子和橡木的芳香。

PALATE 口感

Plush round mouthfeel of dark fruits and savoury oak. The mid-palate is rich with well integrated dusty tannins, supported by complex elegant oak. 深色水果和橡木味的醇厚圆润口感。酒体适中，单宁浑然一体，橡木气息复杂优雅。

WINEMAKING 酿酒

The 2020 Shiraz fruit was harvested in early April. The fruit was crushed and chilled to open fermenters. The must was held cold for 3 days and then wild fermentation allowed to begin. After 4 days of wild fermentation, the juice was inoculated with a cultured yeast. Upon completion of the alcoholic fermentation the wine was pressed to barrel via tank. 13 months of barrel maturation was then carried out before minimal finings and bottling. 

2020年的西拉子果实于4月初收获。果实被压碎，冷藏到发酵罐中。必须冷藏3天，然后允许野生发酵。野生发酵4天后，用培养的酵母接种。酒精发酵完成后，将葡萄酒通过罐体压入桶内。然后进行了13个月的桶熟化，最后进行精炼和装瓶。

VINTAGE NOTES 酒窖笔记

The 2020 vintage had a mild winter followed by dry and warm conditions for summer. Two large rain events occurred in Summer that slowed the ripening period which allowed both red and white grape varieties showing intense colour, aroma and concentrated flavours while achieving perfect tannin ripeness. 

2020年经历了一个潮湿的冬季，然后是干燥和温暖的夏季。2月份的一些大型降雨和由此导致的降温意味着收获日期被推迟了几周。这允许一个缓慢成熟的模式，使红葡萄和白葡萄品种表现出强烈的颜色，香气和浓味，同时实现理想的单宁成熟。
