创始人的故事

Coby Ladwig，是Kings Landing君临葡萄酒的两位创始人之一，一直对葡萄酒有着浓烈的兴趣。Coby在西澳大利亚的丹麦长大，很小的时候就开始接触葡萄酒行业，并在澳大利亚柏斯的科挺大学，学习葡萄栽培和酿酒，并且在毕业之后对家乡凉爽地区的潜力，产生的热切的探索欲。在他随后的葡萄酒职业生涯里，曾在不同的酒庄工作，并获得了不少奖项。而Kings Landing君临，正是他成功的精品项目之一。

Luke Eckersley, 另一位Kings Landing君临的创始人，是一位土生土长的澳大利亚南方小伙子，在西澳长大并一直对澳洲的葡萄酒情有独钟。2002年Luke在西澳科廷大学，学习了葡萄酒学和葡萄栽培，游历了欧洲和美国，并在这个过程中增长了葡萄酒的知识，对他的葡萄酒职业道路起到了重要的作用，不仅是国内还是国际上。在回到澳大利亚西部后，Luke参与了很多个精品葡萄酒项目。

Coby和Luke都参与了澳大利亚大南方地区的获奖厂牌，包括“Rockcliffe”和“Rosenthal”。

RIESLING 雷司令 Pemberton 2020

COLOUR 颜色:Brilliant pale straw. 迷人的浅稻草色

NOSE 气味:Vibrant aromas of citrus blossom, floral and spice. 充满柑橘花、花香和香料的香味。

PALATE 口感:The linear drive of the palate is balanced by citrus and green apple with a crunchy texture. 柑橘和青苹果的口感平衡，口感爽脆。

WINEMAKING 酿酒

The 2020 Riesling fruit was handpicked on the 3rd March. The fruit was chilled and gently pressed to allow minimal phenolic extraction. The juice was transferred into a stainless steel tank and fermented with a neutral yeast strain at 13oC to preserve the delicate aromas. The Riesling was racked off it’s ferment lees once fermentation completed and filtered ready for bottling to ensure the purity of the wine is retained.

2020年的雷司令是在3月3日手工采摘的。果实被冷却，轻轻挤压，以允许最小的酚提取。葡萄汁被转移到不锈钢罐中，用中性酵母菌株在13度的温度下发酵，以保持其精致的香味。发酵完成后，将葡萄酒的发酵渣进行过滤，以确保酒的纯度。

VINTAGE NOTES 酒窖笔记

The 2020 vintage had a wet winter followed by dry and warm conditions for the start of summer. Some large rain events in February and the resulting cooling meant harvest dates were pushed back a few weeks. This allowed a slow ripening pattern resulting in both red and white grape varieties showing intense colour, aroma and concentrated flavours while achieving desirable tannin ripeness.

2020年经历了一个潮湿的冬季，然后是干燥和温暖的夏季。2月份的一些大型降雨和由此导致的降温意味着收获日期被推迟了几周。这允许一个缓慢成熟的模式，使红葡萄和白葡萄品种表现出强烈的颜色，香气和浓味，同时实现理想的单宁成熟。
